WHO AM I
As a tax consultant, I – Mark Geerets – have been working in the field of tax issues relating to doing business abroad for over 25 years.
Educated at Tilburg University (tax law studies), I gained the necessary experience at a medium-sized consultancy firm and started my own business in 2013 under the name MG-Tax/Cross border tax solutions.
SERVICES
I advise and assist domestic and foreign companies with the issues they encounter when
doing business abroad or from abroad in the Netherlands. The questions range from which
legal form to choose to the consequences for staff who are going to work in another country.
Clients are mostly SMEs or parts of multinationals looking for an alternative to the larger
firms they are usually forced to use.
Advising and assisting with emigration and immigration also fall within my field of expertise.
I work directly for companies, but I also assist consultancy and accountancy firms that have
less international experience themselves.
